Our Mission

Prop Trading Software exists to remove the technology barrier from launching a proprietary trading firm. We believe that the prop firm industry benefits when more operators can enter the market — bringing fresh ideas, niche market focus, and innovative challenge structures that serve traders better. Our platform makes that possible by providing the complete technology stack an operator needs, ready to deploy under their own brand.

We specialize in futures markets because we understand the unique requirements of this space. Futures trading involves regulated exchanges, specialized data feeds like Rithmic and CQG, platform preferences for NinjaTrader among professional futures traders, and risk characteristics that differ fundamentally from forex or CFD products. Our technology is built with these realities in mind — not adapted from a forex-first system as an afterthought.

What We Do

We provide turnkey white-label technology for prop firm operators. This includes the trading platform integration layer (MT5, cTrader, NinjaTrader, Rithmic, Match Trader), an automated challenge and evaluation engine, real-time risk management, trader CRM with KYC onboarding, payout management, affiliate tracking, and analytics dashboards. Operators customize the platform with their branding, set their own challenge rules and pricing, and launch under their own domain.

Our approach is mentor-driven. We do not simply hand over login credentials and walk away. Every operator receives guidance on platform configuration, challenge design best practices, risk parameter optimization, and scaling strategy. We have seen what works across dozens of prop firm launches and share that experience with every client.

Our Approach

We prioritize speed-to-market without cutting corners on reliability. A typical operator goes from initial setup to accepting their first traders in 5-10 business days. This is possible because our platform is designed for rapid deployment — branding configuration, challenge rule setup, and payment integration are all handled through an operator dashboard rather than requiring custom development.

At the same time, we design for scale. An operator who starts with 50 traders should not need to re-platform when they reach 5,000. Our infrastructure scales with the business, and plan upgrades add features and capacity without disrupting existing operations or trader accounts.
